David :
24" X 28" Oil on Canvas

This painting I called "David" because the model and his stance reminded me of a younger version of Michelangelo's famous statue, except instead of a slingshot he's got hold of his swimsuit! I like the way the beach and surf came out in this one as well. Someone once asked if I was the model, after I sent them my photo. I wish! That's what you call severe flattery.
